As a Reiki Healing practitioner & Sports Massage Therapist in Bexley, I am committed to providing relief for tension, pain and stress in the body & mind.

My experienced and personalised approach ensures that each session is adapted to your needs.

In order to perform the most effective treatment, I utilise a variety of techniques when necessary such as compression, myofascial release, soft tissue & muscle energy techniques (MET's, STR's), stretches, cupping therapy, trigger point therapy & breathwork.

Reiki is a deep relaxation healing modality that I offer which can be paired with massage or on its own with the use of crystals if desired.
